Your first appointment will be scheduled with an additional 10 minutes to review medical history, conduct necessary orthopaedic assessments, and give you an opportunity to ask any questions without sacrificing massage time.

Cups can be used during any treatment at no additional cost.

Carers, NHS employees, and social care workers will receive an additional £10 off their service as a thank you for the essential services they provide for our community. Full-time students will also receive £10 off their service.

We get it, life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help someone else. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the total service cost. If you fail to attend your appointment without notifying us in advance, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
